Business Plan for Establishment of the Small Company

My Bachelor thesis is dealing with formation of a business plan for a small enterprise. The line of business is production of keys, retail of electrical appliances and satellite technology assembly. The business plan concerns the transition from natural person – a self-employed person to legal person – a limited liability company. The aim of my thesis is to find out whether this business plan is worth implementing and if it presents a positive contribution to the firm.

In my bachelor thesis I provide draft business plan for a small business. For the purpose of this work I chose a plumbing company. This company operates on a basis of an individual ownership and keeps tax records. In the suggested business plan, I will try to take into consideration today's economic environment and find the answer to whether it is beneficial to transfer from the current form of individual ownership business to the company with limited liability, ie an individual ownership to a legal entity, or not.

The Bachelor´s Thesis deal with problems of assignation of activity of allowance organization established by municipality into trading copany. On the basis of theoretic ways in the first part is done analysis of present-day situations and reasons of assignation of aktivity into trading copany. The third part of study includes main part of this study, creating of model. These study should be as a model to municipality how to proceed in this situation.

Tax Optimalization of the Selected Juridical Subject

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on optimization of tax liability of chosen legal subject in the frame of valid legislation of Czech Republic. First part is focused on theoretical summary of basic terms, description of tax system and status of legal person. Second part of thesis deal with financial analysis and possibilities of tax liability decreasing. In practical part of thesis are discussed concrete proposals of tax optimization which are shown on concrete legal person.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a coffee table made of concrete and metal. During processing, a set of three tables of different heights, diameters and tops was created. These boards are made of concrete, MDF and LTD boards. The aim of this work is to compare individual materials and verify their real usability in practice. The theoretical part includes the specifications of these materials, technical and safety requirements for table furniture and standards. The practical part deals with research, design, prototype production and consideration of the appropriateness of the use of individual materials.

Change of strategic communication of the capital Prague in the field of tourism in connection with the effects of overturism and Covid-19

The aim of the presented diploma thesis was to find and interpret key elements of the change in strategic communication of the Prague capital city implemented through its official destination management organization Prague City Tourism, Ltd., and to analyze the style and direction of communication in 2016-2019, when the wave of overturism grew not only in the Czech capital, but also on an European scale, and communication after 2020, when a new Conception of inbound tourism of the Prague capital city was created in cooperation with the destination management organization Prague City Tourism, Ltd. The theoretical part deals with the definition of strategic communication with a specific focus on the tourism industry. The practical part is focused on the reasons that led to the decision to change the strategic communication of the Prague capital city in the field of inbound tourism, so that it becomes sustainable in the years to come. Furthermore, the results achieved with the launch of initial projects, which are to lead to the stabilization of domestic and foreign tourism in the Prague capital city, so that residents, business subjects and the city can benefit from them.
